We’re constantly tracking all orders. Should any issues arise, we’ll automatically notify you and issue a full refund.
The report takes around 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
REFUNDS REQUESTED WITHIN 24 HRS. – If, for any reason, you change your mind after placing an order and request a refund within 24 hours of placing the order, we will process your refund without asking any questions. Any transaction charges applied by the bank, payment gateway or credit card company will have to be borne by the client/customer.
You can also ask for a refund if you are not satisfied with the product you received. Our team will discuss it with you and process the refund for all the valid and fair causes. **
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted.
The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase.
For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
